2. What size is Morgan wearing in the photos? 

Morgan is 5'6 and wears a Small Top & XS Bottom, but can easily fit into the XS Top. Most of our swimwear does have adjustable straps or ties, and so the sizing is a little versatile. If you have further questions regarding size, please contact us directly.

1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! You can determine if your specific location is serviceable at the shipping point in our checkout process.

International customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes if asked upon receiving, so please keep this in mind before ordering. 

**Please use a physical address if you have one, PO Box shipping takes substantially longer and we do not have the ability to expedite the shipping process to a PO Box.**

2. Why is it taking so long to deliver?

Unfortunately through the course of COVID, international shipping has been taking quite a bit longer to process and deliver. Currently, expected delivery timeframes for USPS shipments are 3-5 weeks. If you have questions on this, or you're concerned with your parcel, please message us directly and we'd be happy to help get to the bottom of it. 

3. How quickly do orders ship?

 - For Pre-Sale orders, this can vary depending on when we receive & process the inventory. If you have questions pertaining to a pre-sale order or it's shipping status, please email us.

 - For non pre-sale orders, we take pride on our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our fulfilment centre is open Monday -Friday from 8AM to 5PM PST, we do not operate over weekends or holidays, so any orders placed during these timeframes will be shipped out the following business day. 

4. I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I cant find it, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that your package is mis-delivered by the courier, please send us an email containing your order number & verified shipping address within 5 days of the delivery notification. If we do not receive an email within that 5 day timeframe, we are not able to file a claim, get your order reshipped, or refunded.

1. How do I send my item back?

We do offer free return shipping within the United States. If you need a return label, please email us and we'll get one sent over to you immediately. 

If you live internationally and need to return, please view our shipping & returns page for more details. 

2. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Please view instructions on our Shipping & Returns page, but we do offer exchanges, we do ask that you reach out with an email prior to sending anything back to us, as inventory is often very limited!
