Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy & Information:
Please use a physical address if you have one, PO Box shipping takes substantially longer, and we have no ability to expedite any shipping to a PO Box address.
Please note: International customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes if asked upon receiving, so please keep this in mind before ordering.
Orders placed Monday - Friday (prior to 10AM) are usually shipped out the same day, please allow 24-48 hours for our fulfillment team to add your tracking information to your order.
Note: Due to the high volume of orders during the Holidays and any sales events, please expect additional delays in the shipping of your orders.
The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight Orders is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time, will most likely be shipping the following business day.
Tracking: Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent over to each customer, we'll send another email confirmation once a tracking number has been created for the associated invoice.
Return & Exchanges Policy
All Apollo & Sage items are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, we will issue a store credit to you upon receiving. Please see our Refund Policy here.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a store credit in the amount paid within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned items must be in original condition: Apollo & Sage Tags, polybag, and hygiene seals intact. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
The store credit amount will exclude any outbound shipping costs.
USA RETURNS:
- If you live within the United States, we can provide you with a free, pre-paid USPS return shipping label, just send us an email and we'll get one sent over to you.
- We ask that you include a brief note containing your order number, items returned, and reason for return within your parcel back to us. This ensures our receiving department is able to process your return in the most efficient manner.
- Upon receiving your item(s) at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 1-3 days, and a store credit will be issued to the email address or phone number on file.
**Apollo & Sage reserves the right to refuse a store credit, or exchange request if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- We do not have the ability to provide or create a return label for international orders. If you'd like to return your item, our address is listed below. We do ask that you send us an email with return tracking information, that way we can add it to your account.
*While it doesn't happen often, occasionally courier services will lose a parcel in transit. Sending us your tracking information does ensure that we're able to process your return or exchange request in the unlikely event that this happens.

Exchanging?
We want to make sure you get the right color, size, or style, that's why we've made exchanges quick & hassle free. Just follow these steps.
**Please email us if you wish to exchange, our inventory seems to deplete pretty quickly, and if we're able - we can reserve inventory for you.
1. Return your original items to us for a store credit in full.
2. Once issued, use your store credit to place a new order in your desired style and size. If there is any sort of cost difference on the website, let us know, we're always happy to help.
Warranty Items:
In the unlikely event that you've received a defective product, please email us a photo or two of the defective areas on your item. Should we deem this also faulty, we'll gladly issue you with an exchange or refund of your choice. Please note, the photos must be received within 10 days of your purchase.
