Refund policy
APOLLO AND SAGE products are non-refundable. Questions on sizing and fit? Please refer to our size guide or email us at info@apolloandsage.com with any questions. We are happy to help find the perfect suit for you!
Your return will be honoured if a claim is filed within 21 days of receipt. The product must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit to be given. Items returned must be in original condition with Apollo & Sage tags, polybags and hygiene seals intact. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
All products are quality checked before sending out however in the unlikely event you believe the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@apolloandsage.com with photos of the fault. Should we deem this is also the case, we will gladly issue you with an exchange or refund of your choice. Please note this must be within 10 days of your purchase.
